Cook the  Frozen mixed Vegetables for 12 minutes until tender.
Cook the  Elbow Macaroni  for 7 minutes until soft.
Once the frozen Vegetables have cooked then drain the water,  put cold water over the cooked  vegetables  until cold.
Once the  Elbow Macaroni  has cooked, drain the water,  then rinse the Elbow Macaroni  with cold water  for 5 minutes.
 Place  the Elbow Macaroni  in a large bowl , now put the cooked Vegetable on the  Elbow Macaroni , put the mayonnaise  on the  cooked Vegetable and  Elbow Macaroni. Stir until the  mayonnaise  has mixed with  the  Vegetable and  Elbow Macaroni is nice and creamy.
Place in fridge until chilled.
